Rental Terms and Conditions

Rates are for up to 6 people. $10/night for each additional person.

Children under 3, no additional charge.

Maximum occupancy, 8 persons.

2 Night Minimum Stay
4 Night Minimum Stay during holiday periods

Check-In time 4:00 PM.  Check-Out time 11:00 AM.

Peak Season: November 22 - March 31 and Memorial Day - Labor Day (May 26 - Sept 4)

Holidays: Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Independence Day, Valentines Day, Rodeo Weekend, Spring Break, Father's Day, Fall Break, Mother's Day, Veterans Day, and President's Day.

Off Season: All other times.

Holidays are 20%-25% higher. Rates depend on which holiday it is, how the days fall and how many days are rented. Please email me with your dates for a specific quote.

The Cabin is tobacco free.

No pets allowed.

Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

We are deeply sorry, but the cabin was built prior to the ADA and is not handicap accessible.

No more than eight persons may occupy the cabin at any time.

"It is a misdemeanor for a lodging to be occupied by more than the registered number of guests".  Violation of this provision of law will result in automatic forfeiture of deposit and possible prosecution of the offense.

Money Order/Cashier's Check or Personal Check Accepted.

$250.00 refundable damage deposit holds your reservation.

Deposit for extended stays (over 1 week) will be higher.

Final rent payment is due 30 days prior to occupancy.

Cleaning fee of $65 is added to each reservation.

Inventory of Premises is made before and after occupancy.

Tenant is responsible for all missing items or inappropriate conduct, minor breakage excepted. Missing items or unusual cleaning requirements will be deducted from deposit refund.

Cancellations must be received 30 days in advance to receive deposit refund. Holidays and extended stays must be cancelled 3 months in advance to receive deposit refund. All cancellations are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. No rental refunds on cancellations within 30 days of occupancy date, unless we are able to re-rent the cabin. Refunds are made by check.

Sales Tax on rental fees will be added to each reservation

All rental requests for less than four nights stay will be reserved in advance at the discretion of the owner based on time of year and demand expected.
