The Lazy Log Inn is located just north of Pinetop, Arizona in Pinetop Country Club where you can enjoy countless seasonal activities such as golfing, horseback riding, skiing, mountain biking, hiking, hunting, fishing and shopping. There are several golf courses nearby as well as Sunrise Park Ski Resort which offers 65 downhill runs, cross country skiing, tubing and sleigh rides. Trout are abundant in the 65 lakes and streams in the White Mountains. Hon-Dah Casino is a short 10 minute drive away.
The Lazy Log Inn is a 1,700 square foot custom log home. An expansive rear deck nestled in the tall pines looks onto a large meadow and offers a very private setting yet it is conveniently located within Pinetop Country Club. Access to the national forest is only two blocks away.
Inside the cabin you will find two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs, all with queen beds. There is one bathroom upstairs and one downstairs, both of which have tubs with showers. Each bedroom is nicely furnished and has a window seat if you need a secluded place just to be alone with your thoughts and relax.
The lower living area has a large sectional sofa, and lazy boy chair around a stone fireplace and television. The log walls, knotty pine ceiling, and skylights create a cozy and rustic ambience. Enjoy a game of poker, dominos, or bridge at the game table.
The cabin is equipped with a complete home theater system with Dolby 5.1 surround sound, CD, DVD and satellite TV with over 210 channels, including all HBO, Starz, Showtime, and Cinemax channels.
If you must work, however, or just want to surf the internet, there is an office at the landing at the top of the stairs with a high speed internet connection (you'll need to bring your own laptop).
The kitchen is nicely equipped like you would expect in your own home. You should be able to find everything you would have in your own kitchen except perhaps an espresso machine. |
